About
Die verlorene Ehre der Katharina Blum oder: Wie Gewalt entstehen und wohin sie führen kann is a stage version of Heinrich Böll's story, adapted for the Vagantenbühne by Clemens Mädge. Directed by Kathrin Mayr with Magdalene Artelt, Daniel-František Kamen and Nils Malten, the chamber piece stages a live interview with Katharina Blum twenty-five years after her deed, turning on power structures, sexism and the pressure of media coverage. It runs roughly 90 minutes without an interval.
