About
"Einstein in the Dome – Forschen ohne Tierversuche?" is a live talk evening featuring three leading scientists, impressively visualized beneath the planetarium dome. It is about new methods in biomedicine that are based on human tissue and can work without animal testing. Milad Rezvani shows how new liver tissue grows from stem cells, Michael Gotthardt explains the molecular processes of the beating heart, and Annette Künkele reveals how genetically modified immune cells recognize and fight tumors. The evening is moderated by neuroscientist Jochen Müller.
