About

A film talk followed by a discussion round about Oman, titled "OMAN – Zwischen Weihrauch, Wüste und Meer". The event is hosted by Verein für aktive Vielfalt e.V.; Andrea and Siegfried Röschke present pictures and stories from their journey in Sindbad's footsteps through the Sultanate of Oman. It shows splendid mosques in Muscat, lively souks, old fortresses in Nizwa, green wadis and the golden dunes of the Wahiba. Audiences can be impressed by tradition and modernity in the heart of Arabia as well as by desert landscapes, mountains, oases and coasts.
