Fortbildung: Bildungsmaterial zum Dekolonialen Denkzeichen

A training for facilitators of Global Learning about the multisensory educational material for EarthNest, Berlin's first decolonial memorial, which commemorates the violent history of colonialism. The material was developed by Blackademy e. V., an educational and cultural association that makes Black perspectives, history and knowledge production visible. It addresses Germany's role in colonialism and the racist practice of so-called „Völkerschauen“ (human zoos), centres anticolonial resistance, and includes a role play as well as songs and instruments that are practically tested during the training and can then be borrowed. The speakers are Andrea-Vicky Amankwaa-Birago and Konstantin Bez.
