A live concert with recording at Morphine Raum, a venue in a courtyard in Berlin's Kreuzberg. Fred Frith plays electric guitar and Verena Marisa plays theremin. For the first time, Frith's multifaceted guitar textures merge with Marisa's electronic-gestural sound generation. Together they unfold a shared field of deep perception, drawing inspiration from the real and imagined sounds of birds and insects and from natural processes such as formation, decomposition, eruption and sedimentation.
