About
"Free Science for Humanity" is a panel discussion held on the Curie Stage and also available as a livestream. It is organised by the Falling Walls Foundation, with speakers including senior science policy figures from UNESCO, the International Science Council and SECIHTI. The topic is the free circulation of ideas, data and researchers at a time when geopolitics, export controls and research security regimes are reshaping collaboration. The panellists present what international collaboration delivers, how researchers keep partnerships productive, and how proportionate, transparent safeguards can protect both security and openness.
