Hatha Yoga is a class at Yogastudio Körperklang that is not about gymnastics or performance, but about consciously exploring the body, the present moment and one's inner being. Behind the class is Hortensia, who invites a mindful practice in which postures of varying challenge strengthen the deep muscles while fostering deep physical relaxation. There are no fixed levels and no pressure to perform – everyone finds their own place, and pregnant participants are just as welcome as anyone else.
