Herbert Pixner Projekt - "Jubiläumstour 2025"

The Herbert Pixner Projekt performs a concert of its “Jubiläumstour 2025”, marking its 20th stage anniversary. The project is led by Herbert Pixner, a multi-instrumentalist, composer and producer born in South Tyrol (diatonic accordion, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, percussion), together with his stage partners Manuel Randi (flamenco, electric and gipsy guitar), Heidi Pixner (Tyrolean folk harp) and Werner Unterlercher (double bass); since 2024 pianist Alex Trebo has turned the ensemble into a quintet. For years the group has been among the most successful acts in the field of “new & progressive folk music”, thrilling audiences with playfully seductive gentleness, powerful rock and blues riffs, brilliant technique and ecstatic joy of playing. Its unconventional mix – minimalist, stark, epic and very sexy – electrifies the audience anew with every concert.
