Huldrelokkk Pan-Scandinavian Folk-Music
Freilichtbühne Spandau, Haselhorst

About
Huldrelokkk is a concert of pan-Scandinavian folk music. Behind the name is Kerstin Blodig's international women's trio with Ditte Andersson and Elin Jonsson, presenting music from Norway, Sweden and Denmark in three Scandinavian languages – with beguiling three-part singing, two rousing virtuoso fiddles and a groovy guitar. At the centre are songs from the album „Flickor alla“, mostly old Scandinavian folk songs with authentic instrumentation. The result is an exciting mix of fresh Nordic sounds, from contemplative love songs and spirited „Polska“ tunes to ballads.
