About
The group DIVANKO performs traditional Balkan and Roma songs with two- to three-part singing, accompanied by bass, banjo, ukulele, violin and percussion. The musicians include Tina Heß, Kathrin Hergert, Thomas Schudack, Melisande Rodenacker and Janek Skirecki; at this evening the guests Sanne Möricke (accordion) and Attila Wiegand (percussion) join them. Stories are told of gardens in the moonlight, golden sails, beautiful girls, love and longing, red wine, men and women, and how it all fits together. There are also surprises with guest musicians.
