About
Huun-Huur-Tu perform in the Humboldtsaal at the Urania. The band plays Tuvan throat and overtone singing, one of the most fascinating vocal techniques in the world, which they command masterfully. Their music carries a ritual character, yet they counter all meditative tendencies with a strongly rhythmic orientation. The concert combines meditative moods with driving rhythms.
