INTERFILM 42. Internationales Kurzfilmfestival Berlin is Berlin's largest and oldest short film festival. Its 42nd edition runs under the title “Shared Shores” and invites audiences to read borders differently: as a shared shore, a place of crossings, departures and encounters. Its programmes follow the tides of resistance and remembrance, telling of people pushed to the edge who dare to look beyond it. The short films are an invitation to endure ambivalences and contradictions and to find connection despite difference.
