“Jubiläumstour: 200 Jahre Museumsinsel” is a one-hour public tour taking place outdoors on Berlin's Museum Island. Cultural mediators give an overview of the 200th anniversary (2025 to 2030), the building and city history, and the architectural highlights; in the anniversary year 2026 the Alte Nationalgalerie takes centre stage. Visiting the museums is not part of the programme; the meeting point is the James Simon Galerie, entrance level 0, at the stone benches. Registration is required and the number of participants is limited.
