Julius Posener Prize 2026: Anne Hidalgo on urban climate.

The Werkbund Berlin awards the Julius Posener Prize 2026 to Anne Hidalgo, the former mayor of Paris. She is honoured for her commitment to the climate-appropriate transformation of the existing city, the redesign of public space and sustainable urban development. In the Red Hall of the Bauakademie at Schinkelplatz there will be a jury statement, a laudatory speech, the award presentation, a lecture by Hidalgo and a conversation. Admission is free, early registration is requested; the event takes place in English.
