About
KatzPascale is a New York-based neoclassical-post-punk-anti-pop duo combining cello and saxophone through loop and effect pedals with voice as an instrument. Sammi Katzmann and Jenna Pascale draw on classical as well as contemporary styles, placing feeling over formalism. Their live shows often begin in silence, using dimmed lighting and atmospheric staging to create immersive sonic experiences. Their raw intensity has resonated with listeners and critics alike.
