About
An afternoon of creative and artistic work with natural materials, offered as a short break from everyday caregiving. Naturopath Patrick Urban and his colleagues invite participants with new ideas, inspiration and exercises. Using natural materials and mindfulness-based exercises, the session takes you on a journey of discovery into your own experience. Registration by email or telephone is requested.
