About

The Museum Berlin-Karlshorst offers a public guided tour on the first Sunday of every month. It gives an overview of the historic site of the capitulation on 8 May 1945 and the events of the end of the war in 1945. The tour goes through the permanent exhibition "Deutschland und die Sowjetunion im Zweiten Weltkrieg", which looks at the war from the perspective of German and Soviet politics, the military and society. Historical photos, everyday objects and written documents are shown alongside individuals and their personal stories; registration by email or telephone is requested.
