Krug. Zerbrochen! - ZUSATZVORSTELLUNG

"Krug. Zerbrochen!" is a theatre play by Theater Strahl Berlin, a comedy freely adapted from Heinrich von Kleist, suitable for ages 14 and up. Text by Uta Bierbaum, direction by Anna Vera Kelle, music by Alexander Schröder, performed by Amelie Barth, Jan Jaroszek, Matthias Kelle and Anne Sofie Schietzold. The story runs on two levels: a theatre troupe rehearses a modern musical-style show about Kleist's lying village magistrate Adam, while quarrels erupt within the group over power, casting decisions and the bullying of their director BO. Lies, threats and blackmail reveal that characters like Adam still sit in the executive suites today – as long as we believe them.
