Llueve sobre Babel
Babylon, Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße 30, 10178 Berlin, Mitte
About
The film Rains Over Babel reinterprets Dante's Inferno and tells its story as an ensemble drama. It was written and directed by Gala del Sol. The story unfolds in Babel, a bar where various characters cross paths with La Flaca, the very embodiment of Death. With her, souls can wager years of their lives in an attempt to cheat their fate.

Critics
7.7Very good
Critics praise the bold, neon-saturated imagery, queer exuberance and audacious ambition of the debut. They fault its overstuffed, multi-character storytelling, which can feel confusing and rarely coheres.
