Ain't Nothing but the Blues: Marque Löwenthal, jazz piano.

Marque Lowenthal performs a solo piano concert as part of Orania.Piano. The Berlin-based pianist and composer, who focuses on jazz and improvised music, places the blues at the center in its direct, stripped-down form. Drawing on traditional blues structures, he develops a personal, improvisation-driven language marked by spontaneous musical development and subtle dynamic nuance. The result is a focused solo set that presents the blues not as a historical reference but as a living, contemporary form of expression.
