A musical reading held in memory of the German-Jewish poet Mascha Kaléko, fifty years after her death. Rosa Tennenbaum tells the life story of the poet, who was born in Austria-Hungary, and whose poem „Kein Neutöner“ described everyday life in Berlin of the late 1920s and early 1930s with humour and modesty. With wit, charm and a touch of melancholy, the audience is taken into the lyrical Berlin of the 1920s.
