MUSK ON MARS

„MUSK ON MARS“ is an interactive, interplanetary court show at Heimathafen Neukölln. Elon Musk has landed on Mars as the first human, but instead of terraforming the planet as he wishes, he must first answer some uncomfortable questions before the Martian immigration court. The audience, as the „Aufnahmegesellschaft Mars“, uses earth tweets to interrogate him about his past, while accusations from Grünheide and the internet come to the table and he defends his claims to power with pop music, AI fantasies and twisted promises. In the end the audience delivers the verdict on whether he may stay on Mars – comically and deadly serious at once, debating notions of freedom from the right and our own scope for action in post-democratic times.
