Saz&Soul – Musikabend
Deutsche Islam Akademie, Große Hamburger Str. 19a, 10115 Berlin
About
"Saz&Soul – Musikabend" is an evening of Alevi and Sunni Sufi music under the motto "Wo Glaube auf Begegnung trifft" (Where faith meets encounter). Behind it stands the Deutsche Islam Akademie, which wants to bring together people, stories and faith. It is about the commonalities and differences between Alevi and Sunni traditions, Islamic history and dialogue between religions and worldviews. Listening, asking and discussing take centre stage – and the music is there to be enjoyed.
