Palestine Cinema Days - FilmLab x The Left Berlin
Refuge Worldwide, Niemetzstraße 1, Neukölln
Donation-based: 2-5 euros
About
An evening of Palestinian short films presented as Palestine Cinema Days, followed by a short musical session with an oud player. The event is organised by FilmLab Palestine and The Left Berlin, who are staging the fourth edition of the series. The screenings include "The Flowers Remain Silent, Witnessing", "Gazawyat: Fida", "Gazawyat: Maha", "Gazawyat: Noor", "Gazawyat: Hadeel" and "With Hasan in Gaza". The organisers see it as a space that protects Palestinian stories from erasure and carries images, memories and voices beyond borders.
