Poppy Ackroyd gives a concert in the Kuppelhalle at silent green Kulturquartier. The composer and pianist presents her new, intimate album „Liminal“, which she wrote, recorded, mixed and produced herself. It marks a return to the core of her musical work and, for the first time since „Feathers“ in 2019, unites only piano and violin again. All the sounds come solely from these two instruments – from bowed and plucked strings to percussive elements.
