The exhibition „Raum#428-Fumus“ is on view at Nagel Draxler Kabinett. It presents works by Danish artist Lone Haugaard Madsen, considered one of the most relevant female artists of her generation in Scandinavia and beyond. On show are oil paintings and sculptures from her format of 'spaces' – constellations of found objects and paintings rubbed onto found canvases. Her work is shifting toward capturing the aesthetic presence of materials and spaces on the canvas using raw painterly techniques.
