About
Mitte Museum hosts an evening of talks about people who were both queer and Jewish. Four speakers shed light on Jewish-queer life stories between 1933 and 1945 and beyond, from Gertrude Sandmann to gay and lesbian Jews in the Sachsenhausen concentration camp. Paige Harouse, Hani Esther Indictor Portner, Jake Schneider and Rafael Nasemann present their topics, including the remembrance project "Queere Held*innen". A shared exchange follows; the event takes place in spoken German.
