Rossano Snel Duo: rare grooves and 70s soul.

Orania.Acoustic presents a concert by the Rossano Snel Duo with the program "The Fire In The Forest". Brazilian composer and artist Rossano Snel returns with a brand-new program celebrating rare grooves and soulful sounds of the 1970s. Drawing inspiration from artists such as Gil Scott-Heron, Lonnie Liston Smith, Minnie Riperton and Deodato, he explores the fertile ground where funk, jazz and soul meet. He is joined by fellow Brazilian percussionist José Aurélio on Timbatera, bringing an extra layer of warmth, groove and spontaneity to the evening.
