About
"SILENT HUNGER w/Lavinia" is an experimental workshop exploring hunger, appetite and control, through the act of feeding and allowing yourself to be fed. The facilitator Lavinia, a former architect with a background in visual arts and urban planning, designs embodied group processes that explore intensity, sensation and desire. Over a weekend, participants experience waiting, craving, control, shame and satisfaction in a shared space held as trauma-aware, consent-based and sober. The programme includes a workshop on the first evening, feeding protocols and a play space on the second day, and integration on the final day.
