About
The Bottomline perform live music that blends urban jazz, classical elements, trip-hop and electronic textures. Behind the project is the Cologne duo of singer, pianist and sound designer Franzis Lating and drummer and sound architect Johannes Elia Nuß. With the voice at the centre, their lyrics revolve around longing, responsibility and connection in a fragile present. After the celebrated debut album FORGOTTEN STARS, the duo presents its new live programme for its second studio album, due out in autumn 2026.
