Waldbaden im Wuhletal

A free walk with forest bathing through the Wuhletal valley, visiting special trees and climbing the Kienberg hill. Gaia-Culture invites people to join: along the way there are optional breathing exercises from the Breath-Walk and movements from tree yoga, and you may spot the beaver that has creatively reshaped the valley. After about three hours, anyone who likes can take a break at 'Wolke 7' on the Kienberg. Booking ahead by email or phone is recommended where possible, as are sturdy shoes and small snacks.
