L’île d’eau: jewellery workshop for kids aged 6 and up.

A workshop where children aged 6 and up make jewellery from natural materials. The Berlin-based graphic and jewellery designer Natsuko Mizushima v.d. Ree, whose project l'île d'eau grew from her habit of collecting and preserving wild plants, shows how to look at nature with different eyes: together participants discover forms and materials in their surroundings, capture the shape and colour of familiar plants, and design compositions. You are welcome to bring your own collected natural materials, plus a bag for transporting your works and an apron, as working with natural materials can get a bit messy. Places are limited; arriving early secures a spot.
