Baby Yoga 8 Months + is a baby-focussed class aimed at babies from 8 months+. It is run by Karen and uses a mix of massage, classical yoga postures, stretches and balances adapted exactly to the babies' stage of growth. The class takes place at Lordship Hub, a community centre and cafe in Tottenham. It lasts 45 minutes and costs £10 a session.
