About

A free and welcoming poetry and creative wellbeing workshop for unpaid carers. It is led by Matthew McKenzie FRSA BEM, a published author, poet and lived experience unpaid carer. Participants use poetry and creative writing to explore the experiences of caring, including identity, wellbeing, hope, resilience, and voice. No previous writing experience is needed, with guided exercises and the optional chance to share work, and all materials are provided.
