A free trial session of a Caribbean-inspired dance fitness and Yogalates class for adults aged 18 and over. It is run by MB Community CIC and offers Afro-Caribbean music, easy-to-follow dance moves, a floor workout after the cardio session, and a welcoming chance to get active and meet people, with no previous experience needed.
