About
An in-person live lecture at a museum of curiosities in East London, where storyteller Viktor Wynd tells dark, macabre fairy tales from around the world, including gruesome German tales, macabre stories from Borneo and Papua New Guinea, and shapeshifting creatures from Wales – explicitly not the Ladybird or Disney versions, so possibly unsuitable for tender ears. Viktor Wynd is the proprietor of the museum, which he calls London's infamous Museum of Curiosities, Fine Art & UnNatural History, and has spent twenty-five years telling traditional tales from the Brothers Grimm, The Arabian Nights and many countries to audiences across the globe. Each ticket includes a complimentary glass of Devil's Botany Absinthe, from London's first absinthe distillery, and early bird tickets cost £15 with full price at £20, with only 30 tickets available. A signed copy of his new book Dark Fairy Tales can be bought alongside the event.
