About
The Beadling, an English folk trio, play a matinée show at Green Note. They blend traditional music with original composition, focusing on storytelling and uplifting voices that are often overlooked. Using a multitude of instruments, they craft intricate arrangements exploring the emotional lives in traditional stories and how social identity shaped folk figures of the past, with adventures into seventeenth century broadside ballads and traditional English, Medieval and Nordic folk music. Doors open at 1.30pm and the music starts at 2.30pm.
