A two-part online workshop that teaches the art and science of writing effective meditations and visualisations. It is led by Gemma Petherbridge, a psychic since childhood and founder of the award-winning Crystal Mystery School, who draws on over 20 years of experience. Over two 90-minute live sessions, participants learn how structure, language, pacing and sensory cues shape a meditation, and how brainwave states support relaxation, healing and intuitive development. It is open to all, and ideal for practitioners, healers and yoga teachers who guide others through meditation.
