Sacred Gong Meditation is an in-person evening of gong meditation at the College of Psychic Studies in London, open to all levels. Therapist and consciousness practitioner Joe Summerfield, who has over 20 years of experience in therapeutic and consciousness work and professional musicianship, guides participants on a journey into expanded awareness. The session includes a guided meditation, an immersive sound journey with gongs ranging from 22 to 42 inches, and a closing tea ceremony for integration. Yoga mats, blankets and pillows are provided, and late arrivals cannot be admitted once the gong bath has begun.
