ISQ: noir jazz and alt-pop led by Irene Serra.

ISQ is a London-based contemporary music project blending sophisticated jazz, alternative pop and atmospheric soundscapes. It is led by Italian-born, UK-based vocalist and songwriter Irene Serra, joined by Luca Boscagin on guitar, Richard Sadler on bass and Chris Nickolls on drums. The performance features music from their fifth album, The Silence is Deafening, described as 'noir jazz meets Massive Attack'. The album explores women's lives, resilience and generational legacy, inspired by Serra's mother's journey from Sicily to Copenhagen.
