Calibro 35: Italian cinematic funk from film's golden age.

About
Italian Cinematic Funk is a live concert at The Jazz Cafe in London, with DJ Daniele Mizar also on the bill. It stars Calibro 35, a quartet from Milan who turn funk, jazz and the drama of Italian cinema's golden age into their own instrumental sound. The group has been sampled by Dr. Dre and JAY-Z and has shared stages with Roy Ayers, Thundercat and Robert Glasper. With their new album Ellroy Vs L.A., they rework the sound of classic Italian cinema for the dancefloor.
