About
This is a pantomime at Hackney Empire, presented by the venue itself. It is directed by and stars Olivier Award-winner Clive Rowe, with music by Steven Edis and written by Will Brenton. It tells the tale of happy-go-lucky Jack, who sells his family's beloved cow for a handful of magic beans and climbs a beanstalk into an enchanted land, where he faces a powerful giant. The show promises giant laughs, toe-tapping songs, dazzling dance numbers, extravagant costumes and plenty of chances for the audience to join in.
