About
An evening of conversation and live music at the Institut français du Royaume-Uni, held in English. Novelist Jonathan Coe talks with journalist and musician Philippe Auclair about his new book 'Lessons in Harmony', which imagines the friendship between composer Maurice Ravel and his British pupil Ralph Vaughan Williams in 1907 Paris. The Pomegranate Piano Trio performs extracts from works by both composers. Copies of the book are available to buy on the night thanks to partner bookshop Librairie La Page.
