About

Jonathan Gee Quintet ft Denys Baptiste & Adam Glasser - Album Launch is a jazz concert at the 606 Club in London celebrating the pianist and singer Jonathan Gee's latest recording, "Livorto", the twelfth of his career. Award-winning bandleader Gee, who has worked with the likes of Joe Lovano, Benny Golson and Claire Martin, performs new compositions from the album alongside his Monk, Beatles and Shorter specialties and some vocal numbers. He is joined by special guests Denys Baptiste on tenor sax, Adam Glasser on harmonica, and his UK trio of bassist Mikele Montolli and drummer Tristan Maillot, debuting the new set with this world-class lineup.
