About

An afternoon matinée of Greek rebetiko music for all the family. The Rebet Asker series, now in its tenth year and the longest-running series in London dedicated to rebetiko, pays tribute to the music of a former restaurant and music venue by Piraeus harbour. This edition brings the Rebet Asker family together as a seven-piece band, led by singers Andria Antoniou and Maria Tsirodimitri among others, playing classic and lesser-known songs by great rebetiko composers. It is also a fundraising event for the Rebetiko Carnival Festival 2027.
