About
Mozart Requiem by Candlelight is a candlelit evening of choral music at St Martin-in-the-Fields. St Martin's Voices and St Martin's Chamber Ensemble, conducted by Andrew Earis, perform Mozart's Requiem in D minor, a magnificent work composed during the final year of his life and left unfinished at his death, made infamous by mysterious rumours surrounding its origins. They also perform Eric Whitacre's evocative Three Songs of Faith. The concert runs one hour with no interval.
