Smith Square Hall, Smith Square, SW1P 3HA London, Millbank
£25-£55
About
A choral and orchestral concert built around Mozart's Requiem, a final masterwork left unfinished at his death, lasting 1 hour and 45 minutes without an interval. It is performed by The Parliament Choir with the orchestra Istante Collective and soloists Ana Beard Fernàndez, Emma Lewis, Hugo Brady and Neal Davies. The choir, founded in 2000 by Lord Filkin and Simon Over for people working in Parliament, also sings Nicholas O'Neill's 'Of All Persons and Estates' and Haydn's Sinfonia Concertante.
