About
A screening of the film My Daughter Is a Zombie, followed by a Q&A with actor Lee Jung-eun. Directed by Pil Gam-sung and based on Lee Yoon-chang's hugely popular webtoon, it follows wild animal trainer Jung-hwan (Cho Jung-seok), who escapes a zombie outbreak with his infected daughter Soo-ah (Choi Yu-ri) to a seaside village where her grandmother Bam-soon (Lee Jung-eun) lives. He begins a life-or-death mission to retrain her using his skills with animals, in an adventurous comedy and heartfelt drama about parental love. Pil Gam-sung brings a fresh approach to the zombie genre through his distinctive visual style and clever use of colour.
