Pat Levett's Harmonica Quintet

An evening of jazz and soul melodies led by Pat Levett, a drummer best known as the leader of the band The Coalminers, who also plays the chromatic harmonica. His 2024 album "Where Do You Start" showcased his harmonica talent, and his recording sessions include the likes of James Morrison, Pete Townshend, The London Philharmonic Orchestra and Elaine Page. Expect melodies and songs from composers and artists such as Quincy Jones, Kenny Wheeler, Herbie Hancock, Ry Cooder and Stevie Wonder. The band is made up of some of the UK's finest musicians: Ross Stanley-Hammond organ, Artie Zaitz guitar, Tom Herbert bass and Ian Thomas drums, plus a little percussion from Pat.
