Remembrance Sunday is marked at the war memorial in the courtyard, where shortly before 11 am a young local bugler plays the Last Post, followed by a two-minute silence. Highgate Cemetery invites everyone to join, as the courtyard is free to visit and no ticket is needed. Visitors are asked to arrive a few minutes early so they are in place before 11 am.
